I’m a 26-year-old all-around computer science student especially interested in software that connects people, such as social media, chat platforms, event organization helpers, and of course videogames!
My most played visual novel genre is mystery!
I first discovered the Ace Attorney series while in high school and binged all games in it in a couple months, then slowly discovered and played other games in the genre, such as the Danganronpa series and the Zero Escape series, eventually stumbling upon STEINS;GATE which ended up being my first full-on visual novel together with the rest of its series.
I’ve then branched out to different genres; for example, I’ve recently played through fate/stay night and Tsukihime, both of which I’ve enjoyed!
My latest favourite was PARANORMASIGHT: The Seven Mysteries of Honjo, which a friend gifted me and ended up pleasantly surprising me by how polished of an experience it was for the price she got it at!
I’ve been planning to play Higurashi next for a while, but haven’t unfortunately found myself in the mood to start it yet…
Tsukihime and STEINS;GATE are good calls, I started both of them and didn’t finish them for whatever reason (and usually I cannot put down books/VNs once I start ;_; )…I need to put them on the list to read here as well.
And someone else who wants to read Higurashi, that almost gets me to a handful of people that I know that want to! (it’s a good VN)
I definitely need to get into more of the Zero Escape games myself, I only ever read Virtue’s Last Reward (but I own the Zero Escape games on Steam).

I grabbed the zero escape series on sale last year, I wanna play it!
I also grabbed Paranormasight awhile back and was also pleasantly surprised! I expected it to be low-tier filler, but I ended up finishing it and really enjoying it
I have never played Ace Attorney but I really want to, it looks very camp & fun

EDIT: came here to correct that I got the name wrong on this game, and I have not played Paranormasight, the subtitle threw me and I mistook it for Kotodama: The 7 Mysteries of Fujisawa, so I didn’t wanna mislead anybody, but I got the titles mixed up ;w; sorry about that!!
I did however look into Paranormasight, and it looks really interesting, and now I really wanna play it x3c…sorry again for the confusion!
