Hi everyone, I love the idea of bookclubs so much and have undisclosed number of VNs on my backlog so this sounded like the perfect place to be!
I love reading all kinds of stories, be that in games or books; if the setting sounds fun I will absolutely check it out.
My first VN of all time might have been Hakuoki on the PSP? But it’s been a hot minute so I don’t fully remember. I’ve also played the newer localized versions by now and good god, there’s so many more characters..
I love me a good mystery, be it murder or any other kind. Some all-time faves include The House in Fata Morgana, Umineko (though all When They Cry is dear to my heart) and Gnosia.
You could argue that I haven’t gotten around to reading quite a few “classics” yet, but I’m taking them one at a time. There’s so many games and I only have one pair of eyes.
